Reinaldo Thomé is a dedicated and multidisciplinary professional whose academic and ministerial journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning and the integration of diverse fields of knowledge.

 

With a solid background in Theology, he holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate in Theology for Ecclesiastical Purposes, in addition to specializations in Counseling and Pastoral Psychology. His expertise has been recognized with the honorary titles of Doctor Honoris Causa in Theology, Pastoral Counseling, and Religious Education, granted by renowned institutions.

 

In addition to his theological formation, he is also an Evangelical Chaplain qualified in Socio-Religious Assistance, with extensive training in providing spiritual care in diverse contexts.

In the field of Psychology, he has completed studies in Learning Psychology, Pastoral Psychology, and Work Psychology, further strengthening his ministerial and academic contributions.

In the technical and strategic areas, he stands out as a Bachelor in Occupational Safety Engineering from Universidade Anhanguera de São Paulo (2023) and a Bachelor in Public Administration from Centro Universitário Internacional (2012), complemented by a Master’s and Doctorate in Administration, as well as Postgraduate Studies in Occupational Safety Engineering and a Lato Sensu MBA in Strategic People Management.

 

He also holds qualifications in Production Engineering with an emphasis on Risk Management, is trained as a Civil Firefighter, and serves as a Justice of the Peace, consolidating a versatile career across academic, social, and technical domains.
